The Affordable Discount Condos are located in various settings around downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Resting at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is a popular destination with plenty of recreational offerings. The uptown loop trolley runs on the Historic Nature Trail Road, giving guests easy access to the attractions of Gatlinburg, which include Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, nature trails, skiing, rafting and scenic overlooks.
Guests can reserve one of the following properties: Gatlinburg Chateau, Gatlinburg Village, Gatlinburg Towers, Olde Gatlinburg Place or the Village East condos. Each property features an outdoor pool and is well-equipped for families and groups.
All one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums feature full kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, ranges and dishwashers. Cable television is standard, and each unit has a gas fireplace.
The Affordable Discount Condos offer mountain vistas and easy access to shopping, dining and local attractions.

Driving Directions
338 Baskins Creek Road, Gatlinburg, Tenn.
From Knoxville Airport:
Take Interstate 40 East to Exit 407 into Gatlinburg.
Travel through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.
Coming into Gatlinburg, the traffic lights are numbered.
Turn left at light #6, which is Cherokee Orchard Road.
Go to the third street on the left (Baskins Creek Road).
The check in office is the fifth building on the right.
It is a two story brown building with burgundy trim (Suite One).
Look for the Affordable Discount Reservations sign on the window facing the road. Approximate driving time is 71 minutes and distance is 45 miles. |
